Are you ready for The Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022?

From Monday 23rd January 2023, the Government introduces new duties under the Fire Safety Order for building owners or managers (responsible persons).

Fire Safety Article 24 of The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 will require, by law, a building’s responsible person to:

– Undertake quarterly checks of all fire doors (including self-closing devices) in the common parts.
– Manage annual checks of all flat entrance doors (including self-closing devices) that lead onto a building’s common parts.

Due to their nature, fire doors are at a greater risk of damage as they are one of the most used items within a building & this can compromise the protection of your premises.

Did you know that Aran Fire Protection offers regular inspections, annual inspection packages, and remediation services?
